"I loved sitting on the deck, enjoying the breath taking view of the mountains, and listening to the roaring rapids of the Coosawattee River. The experience of the deer regularly feeding throughout the property was equally impressive. The condition and cleanliness of the home and property is superior to anything that I found in the price range, and utilities were very affordable. Security and recreational amenities at Coosawattee are first class and the staff was very resident focused. While I was preparing to leave the property, the feeling I had was bitter – sweet. Bitter in the sense that I would be leaving the town that I called home for 41 years, and leaving a very practical, well kept, mountain home.
